Membership

Any individual, partnership, firm, corporation, estate or trust,
actively engaged in business or owning business property within the
geographic boundaries of the Group, shall be eligible for membership in the Group.

Other classes of memberships may be determined by the Board of Directors.
An applicant who submits written application, with membership dues,
shall, on approval of the Board, be admitted as a member.
